The QuEChERS method for sample preparation in the analysis of residues in food is fast, simple, and cost effective As a result, it has rapidly established gained acceptance worldwide and is now the standard procedure for sample preparation for pesticide analysis in many analysis laboratories.

Many manufacturers offer complete kits that already contain all the necessary utensils. A kit usually consists of centrifuge tubes, clean-up tubes and the salts they contain. Since a sample analysis usually involves four different tubes, we have developed a tube labeler that enables labeling for each order or sample to be analyzed for precisely these tubes.

All the tubes in the kit are placed together on the SampliTAG HP worktable. The print data for the labels is then transferred as a CSV file or taken from a LIMS system. The Tube Labeler now automatically labels each tube

This reduces mix-ups, inaccuracies, and human errors to a minimum right from the start. In further steps, the sample can then always be clearly tracked and identified by means of a barcode printed on the label and clearly legible text.
